THE COTTAGE

Downstairs,

The cottage has a large open plan kitchen and sitting room.  The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.  There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room off the kitchen.  The  sitting room has TV, DVD player and radio/CD player.

The cottage has oil fired central heating and a log effect electric fire in the sitting room.

Upstairs,

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is an attractive split level room with beautiful views and a king size bed.  The second smaller bedroom overlooks the gardens and has a standard double bed.  There is a large bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
