There are beautiful walks available from your doorstep. Steps Bridge can be reached on foot through the National Trust Bridford woods, and there are popular walks from there through Dunsford Woods (famous for its wild daffodils). Dartmoor is also in easy reach.
There are many attractive villages and towns in easy reach, including Topsham, Chagford, Bovey Tracey and Ashburton. All are worth visiting.
Exeter is only 20 minutes away, with its shops, theatres, restaurants and cafes.

CANONTEIGN FALLS
Canonteign Falls is a magnificent example of a Victorian folly set in a magical natural paradise. The waterfalls themselves descend for over 70m making this one of the most breathtaking attractions in Devon and providing a wonderful day out for all the family.
